BAD SERVICE IF ANY, ******** & UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER

I settled my account at Game in May 2019 and informed them to close my account as I am not using my Game card for the past years. I am using the BSmart / Consumer Credit card that is more beneficial to me as I earn a huge bonus every November and I can shop at Game with my card. The lady contacted the RCS offices and were promised that the account will be closed and no more debit orders will be deducted. I also spoke to them several times, send emails etc. and a year later they are still deducting an amount of R 33.36 for service fee on a monthly basis. I also stopped the debit order at the bank but the debit order is still going off on a monthly basis, just ignoring me like a stop street and I had enough. I think that they need to get educated staff who can actually do the job and implement the customer’s request. I am really furious and need action a.s.a.p. and need all my money back for the past year.
