Bad service i recieved from game

My mother tried to get help from game kolonnade and she has been waiting to get a reprint of the slip since last month and she went again on friday last week so when she get there there is a lady called anah nd that lady told her dat she is knocking off and by that time the store was still open and even gave her an attitude can u please help my mother as she is not well
