Bad Service/Goods not Available

<br> Hi<br> <br> Yesterday was I Rosebank Game. The intention was to purchase the 21 piece Tissoli Cookware. Unfortunately they were out of stock. The lady who was assisting me phoned a few branches to check for stock. The Johannesburg CBD confirmed having the set in stock. <br> <br> It was then arranged that the goods would be kept at the Johannesburg CBD store for me to pick as all the payments would be done at the Rosebank store. I would merely have to produce a CDD and a purchase Reciept.<br> <br> The manager at the Johannesburg CBD store by the name of Dominic confirmed all of this and stated I should go to the store and ask for him and he would give the goods. i expected this to be a very smooth process.<br> <br> Today, I drove all the way from Sunninghill to collect the goods however once I arrived at the store I received bad service. Once I asked for the individual I was told he was not in. There on, I told what purchased and produced all the required documentations. <br> <br> I went from that person to that person explaining the same over 10 times only to be told that they are out of stock which does not make sense as the evening before things were confirmed<br> <br> I am very disappointed.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Sibusio <br>
