BAD SERVICE-GAME STORE -MALL PF THE SOUTH
<p>Morning, I hereby wish to complain about the BAD service that I got from Game Mall of the South. On tuesday the 2nd of October 2018. My daughter and I went to Game Mall of the South as she wanted to buy me a fridge. We were assisted by the lady called Given Mo***eng who told us that the fridge that we wanted was not on stock but it will arrive at the shop on Friday and will be delivered on Saturday. We then explained to her that on Saturday we won't be at home and we agreed that it can be delivered on Monday. On Monday morning around 09:00 I phoned the store to confirm delivery and I was told that yes it will be delivered. I waited until I phoned again after 3pm and now the story changed completely. Firstly there is no fridge, secondly the so called leaders there promised to phone me back and they didn't. I spoke to Seipati who promised to come back to me she never did. When I phoned her she gave me her senior who promised to come back to me until today. I have wasted so much time and money because I am on chronic medication and I needed to keep my meds in the fridge. Secondly I feel because there is no communication about what is happening. We want our money back. Please make sure we get Our money back. </p>
