Bad service Game Store festival mall

Waited in store to replace a card that I lost a month ago. From 10 until 11:30 Busi is the person who apparently responsible for cads.... Her manager couldn't even come and address me saying is busy with receiving stock. This is not the 1st time I encounter bad service at this particular store. Yerrr
