Bad service Game store Cresta Mall

I went to Game in Cresta Shopping Centre and had the worst service rendered by the supervisor (Lebohang Mosidi) when the cashier called for her assistance. They had Purity (baby food) Special running however at the till point it scanned the normal price. When the cashier called for the Supervisor to come assist and showed her the catalogue rudely she says to me these are not on special, with an attitude and pulled up face. So what had happened is the store had made a typo error and in terms of the different stages of the baby food. I nicely asked who's problem that was as I had taken what I saw advertised and she just left without saying where she was going, saw her walk to the shelves and never came back, instead she referred the lady who's responsible for that section to me. The poor cashier who I must say was soo polite, tried telling what's happening but was never listened to until she had to call another supervisor to come assist. When I asked for the name of the Supervisor with attitude again she said to the cashier "Jah give it to her" As a client at that time who in her own profession is in the Service industry I was bestoned at her level of professionalism and disrespect.
