Bad Service Game Store

Am really frustrated at the service received at Game Hammanskraal .. I bought a generator because of my electricity issues ...within 6 month the generator was not working anymore .. i then took the generator back to Game store and i was told it will be fixed and not replaced. i have been waiting for the generator to be fixed for weeks but little did i know that am waiting for nothing. I was called last week to pay R300 for the generator to be fixed as the warranty wont cover the whole amount for the generator to be fixed so i have to top up by paying R300.00 .Am really shocked by all this payment while the product is still under warranty.The service am receiving am not expecting it from such a reputable store am really disapointed and if i knew that if i buy something from game and it just stop working i ll have to pay i would have gone to other stores...
