Bad service Game store

I quoted some equipment and stationary for half of my business grant funds at Game stores Mall@reds and Mall of Africa. I have been calling,sending emails,going in person and have had no luck for over 2 weeks now...All I required was a bank confirmation letter of their banking details as this is one of the requirements. I might have lost out on my grant as I did not meet deadline. Its hard enough starting a business with lack of resources all these trips I made to your stores and calls made where I was transferred from one person to another or put on hold for ages was really fruatrating, this was the last thing I need thanks Game Store.
