Bad Service Game Paarl

On the 2nd of February my sister bought a fridge at Paarl Game cash, when arriving at home the fridge did not work, a brand new frigde. We immediately contacted game paarl and they agreed to collect the fridge, as we are staying almost hundred kilometer from them. They never came to collect and made several promises, we drove to Paarl Game again on 15th February again promises was made that they will collect it on the 16 February 2021which at this stage never happen. My sister just want her money back and never ever want to deal with game again. Please assist
