Bad Service - Game Mokopane

<p>On Wednesday the 23rd of November I went to Game Mokopane. The service was great and the sales person was eager to help. I was looking for Lola red bar stools and they confirmed that unfortunately they do not have it in stock, they contacted the Game branch in Polokwane who confirmed that they have stock and will take it off display as it was the last four. We paid for the chairs and it was confirmed that we can collect the chairs on Friday or Saturday the same week. Unfortunately, when we went to the store on Saturday morning we were advised that the stock was not delivered as yet, but once it arrived they will deliver it at home. Once again, Friday the 2nd of December we did not receive any feedback from them. I went to the store and was advised that unfortunately all of the stock was sold out and I will have to take the black bar stooles. The sales person loaded it on the trolley and dissappeared, and I had to go and pay once again as the bar codes was different. No further assistance was received and I had to sort this out myself. I had to manage to carry the chairs, and my grand daughter who is 2 years old. Seems to me that once the sale has been made, the staff no longer care. We went to Game in Polokwane yesterday, and saw there were in fact red bar stools.</p>
