Bad service game Mitchell's plain

I went to the store Monday past to apply for a store card, the lady takes all my documents and scans them. She then tells me that i will have a answer by the next day. Its Wednesday afternoon already and i still haven't heard from them. I emailed them to ask whats the progress on the situation at hand and they rep**** to say that i need to send my documents through for them to check if i qualify. This would be my second time now applying for it. Game Mitchell's plain simply has terrible customer service.
