Bad service game lakeside mall

I was at game lakeside i wanted to purchase something and get a cash back from capitec send cash. To make that particular purchase mphumi who seemed new and her mentor that worked close to her unfortunately i couldn't get her name told me they don't do send cash and i should go to the ATM so now i had to que again just to make a purchase and that cash was literally recycled

The service was horrible im disgusted .they didn't even apologize for the behaviour
