Bad Service - Game King Williams Town

I am so disappointed with Game King Williams Town, no one seems to be prepared to help me. i was moving house, the slip is probably still in boxes.. i have the date of purchase, serial number, model number and card number of my cheque card. i am asked to go to any Game store and they will call head office.
