Bad service game Jubilee mall

Game at jubilee mall the service was horrible.. I only had credit on my pay just now to pay for few groceries and I was turned back because the store was just 10 minutes to closing.. I was told it is offline of which one employee confirmed it worked very well..im still dissapointed because that was the only option I had I was never informed that game stores don't allow pay just now payments when the store is about to close I'm still shocked with the treatment
