Bad service Game greenstone

I received bad service from Game store greenstone, I bought a plasma TV and when I got home I realized the screen was damaged and immediately returned the TV and was told I damaged the screen as it was checked when it was given to me. I advised the store manager about my situation and also advised him the guy didn't check the TV when I took it and he just said there's nothing he can do. Sent a complaint to customer service and they didn't even bother to get back to me. Such poor service
