Bad Service GAME Ermelo

On Thursday the 15th of October the manager of Game Ermelo phoned me at 12:35 and told me he spoke to Solly and Solly told him that he was at Bosch in Johannesburg and will bring the water pump that was needed to fix my Bosch Dishwasher. I told the manager that this was the same story that Solly told me on Monday the 12th of October when I contacted him. So the manager of Game Ermelo said that he would phone me back in an hour's time with a solution as he first wanted to discuss it with his salesman. Two hour's later he phoned me and said that I must bring my purchase slip with me and he would refund me with Game vouchers. I told him that I did not want Game vouchers I wanted my Bosch dishwasher so he reply that he would see what he could do. I said that we could discuss the matter later that afternoon when I was in the Game Ermelo store. I went to Game Ermelo on Thursday afternoon round about 16:00 and the manager was no where in sight. I spoke to the salesman who made me a offer. I said that I wanted the same Bosch dishwasher or one of the same quality. He showed me that Bosch was on a back order. So I said that I then wanted a Samsung but would prefer a Bosch dishwasher. On Friday the 16th of October I was in Game Ermelo for other purchases and saw the same salesman. When I asked him what the managers answer was he told me that the manager was not happy at all. So till today the problem has still not been resolved.
