Bad service Game. Deliver damaged items

We bought a Defy chest freezer online at Game on 3/8/2021. Good prise and we were happy with our purchase till it was delivered. The freezer looked like a second hand floor model. Scratched and parts missing. We report it per email and request that it be fetched and replaced with a new undamaged freezer. Called Game several times and followed up per email but with no success. We struggle to get someone to respond to our complaint. This is the reason why I do not trust online shopping. I am deeply disappointed.
