Bad service from supervisor Jean mokgotlane

Bad bad service.. We usually buy at game.. And do cash back.. There the supervisor by the name Jean mokgotlane said we no longer allowed to do cash back.. Then we requested the manager, he apologized and we continued doing the cash, then again I went to do cash back while buying.. She said No rudely we don't do cash back on incentive cards where by I have Master card which has a pin and can withdraw from the any ATM bank I've told my colleagues of my situation including friends and family.. This is one store I won't put my foot on.. As 1 person can override manager decisions
