BAD SERVICE FROM STAFF

<p>I bought a sleeper couch on tuesday 2017/04/11, staff kept me waiting a long duration to process my discount(It didnt seem like anyone knew what they were doing). After all the long wait, payment and discount process went successful, was told by Ryan Zimri who was assisting along side with the rest of the staff that my order will be delivered on Thursday 217/04/13. Delivery was not made, i called in at 6:00pm to check what was the hold up, i received numerous stories about the order(Delivery will be made next week, I didnt pay for the sleeper couch, bus strikes, those were the responses i received), i was kept on the line over an hour, receiving attitude from the customer service personal, and wasnt getting joy from the feedback that i received from the different people i spoke to. No one could promise me when my order will be delivered. Not until i spoke to the sales manager, and advised that she will get a driver and deliver the order the next day by 9:30am. Very dissapointed with the service, as no one didnt know what was going on with my order and no one knew what to do. Ive been a GAME shopper for a long time, and never received such bad service.</p>
