Bad service from Game-Vincent Park

It is so so frustrating to be assisted by GAME in Vincent park (East London). My mother took the LED tv back to them after 6 months she bought after level 5 as she couldn't take it in. They only call her after 5 weeks they received the TV to tell her to came and fetch the tv that is not working still. I feel Game doesn't take their customers seriously. My mother can not walk properly they expect her to travel all the time just to go get response on the progress of TV. Suddenly they call her on Monday to go collect the TV, when Busisiwe(Game representative) confirmed they do not see anything wrong with the tv but it is still not playing.

The manager Fikile still hasn't called even though my mother has asked for his call to explain what must she do now.

We need assistance with this kind of treatment it is really not fair especially on elderly.
