Bad service from Game stores online

On the 20th of December 2018 I bought a deep freeze from Game stores online and paid with an immediate EFT....as you can see it's the 4th of January 2019 and I still haven't received my item.I called them several times and I even sent a message to their customer care..... Until today still no response...I lost hundreds of Rand's of foods that was supposed to be kept in the freezer because according to them their promise is 3-5 days,not working days, just days... I can attach the email they sent me with that exact statement
