Bad service from Game stores & Defy SA

What a very bad service @ Defy SA & Game Empangeni bought a washing machine in December 2023 and 19 July 2024 machine stopped working, when I bought machine it was a display and did not have an issue bcoz I was advised that it has a warranty of 3 Years, 7 months later machine stops working. I have been waiting for technician to come check since then today on 03 August 2024 technician came and they say they can’t assist as the machine broke due to ****roach damage from the complex we stay in, they did not even take it and go check how the issue can be fixed said Defy SA Will say it’s customer negligence still awaiting feedback . How do I know if the ****roaches are from the store as the machine was on display and not covered😡😡
