Bad service from Game store and Tevo (Clear waters Mall)

On the 06/08/2021 I was in game store clearwater mall and bought a bennet Read power hose. However the box said that it had a foam bottle in which it never had which I didn't have a problem with it.

Today the 14/12/2021 I Went to game store again to return the thing which was broken from the start the lady at the return section named Naledi gave me an attitude which i mean was uncalled for and its not like I'm asking for the thing i payed for the thing.

The lady couldn't do her Job properly and told me that the people from Tevo will be closing tomorrow and they wont be able to assist me lucky the rep of Tevo was there and said NO they are not closing and she should assist me and then he explain me the process however after the rep left she told me its going to take more then 21 days to have it asses.

Bad customer service ugly attitude

And now I have to wait for the thing to be asses I mean like really does it take that long for the thing to be check after asking me what was wrong with the thing.

Tevo and Game has to do something about this. I have to lose customers and money while i have to wait for the thing to be replaced.

Just give me a new thing and fix the **** that URL have and everyone will be happy or just give my money back ill shop somewhere else

I am very disappointed with Game and Tevo
