Bad service from game springs mall

I bought a hisense television at game store in springs mall last year December and when I got home a few weeks back I found out that the tv is not working took it to game store they took it to the supplier and the supplier phoned me and said that the tv serge was damaged and I needed to pay R1600 I didn't understand the supplier sent the tv back to game store in Springs mall when I got there I asked if the tv was fixed and they said yes when I asked them to test it before I took it home the tv was not fixed and they had no idea it wasn't fixed when I approached the appliance manager which is a lady with dreadlocks she said she can't do anything about my situation I politely asked her to please organize someone who can explain to me she said they had no reps in the store while she was busy with me she called out next on a customer who was in line with me
