Bad service from Game Online
We bought a Telefunken TV with Game Online. From day one ,there was a problem with the TV screen. A lady did say that a technician will come out to see if he can get the problem. Well,that is 2 weeks ago and the TV is much worse now. We need the TV replaced asap ,as we paid for something that is not working now. It has been 3 months since we logged the complaint and still nothing has been done
