BAD SERVICE FROM GAME BEL-AIR MALL, NORTHRIDING

Good Afternoon,

I would just like to bring to your attention of how badly I was treated yesterday by one of your staff members Tiego Mokoena at your Game Branch at the Bel Air Shopping Centre, Northriding.

You have a special on your Cannon Cartridges 2 x 455 Value Pack Black for R529.00, so before I left work I took a picture on my phone from your website, he told me he will not accept a picture even though it showed Game, I must find it on the website which I then did, I then went to go and show him he bluntly ignored me, when I asked him for his name and looked at his tag he clicked his tongue at me, I was horrified at the service I was receiving and the way I was being treated.

I then just left my “full” trolley there and walked out as he was just not willing to assist me, I did tell him I will be taking this further when he stood there and just laughed.

Is this how your staff treat customers.

Sad thing is I WAS a regular there!

This is not the end and I will be taking this further.
