bad service from Game and trimtech

<p>I bought a trimtech and it's 11 months old the slip faded so it's unreadable, I took my lawnmower in to Game as the engine seized (same Game I purchased it from) the 24/12/2016 they said the supplier is closed and opens the 15/01/2017 so I heard no word from either of them till the 01/02/2017 for Game to say it's back from supplier and will cost around R1800 to fix, Trimtech neither Game phoned to ask if I would like it to be repaired, when I sent it in it had been washed and cleaned to brand new state, I went Saturday to see what was going on to find it covered in oil and filthy dirty the handle was completely broken, plastic ears that tighten handles both sides broken off and the dustbin flap cracked on both sides. It's in a way worse condition than I sent it in, I refused to take it told them they must sort it out today (monday) they never phone went there this evening nothing has been done, I will not take it back as now it is completely un repairable, I either want my money back or a new lawnmower of the same engine size and value, this is shocking service and ridiculous way to treat your customers.</p>
