Bad Service from Game and Tevo

Pathetic service I got from Game, I bought a Zingo from SouthGate Mall and the Zingo didn’t have a charger. Now I can’t be refunded n I spoke to Tevo guy. And they couldn’t take the a Zingo back. Which is Pathetic service from Tevo and Game. Can’t they just refund and Tevo and Game sort it out. While customer is being sorted out. I don’t understand what’s so difficult for Rustenburg people to refund me and sort out their mess between Game and Tevo. Now I m waiting for the call from head office that I m not sure when will get it
