Bad service from game and support centre

I had bought a stove online in December 21; got delivered December 28th. The oven isn't working,reported the matter December 31st. Till today still waut technicians to come assess. I have phoned twice only to get told that the technician company only opens 14Jan. Super bad horrible service from the contact center all that is left is for me to go return the stove and get the money back. Disappointed!
