Bad service from Game

I bought a 4 plate defy compact stove at game online on 16th May 2022 and it was delivered to me on the 24th May 2022 I unwrapped the stove and discovered that it is cosmetic damaged, I immediately reported the matter to game. I've sent pictures of the product as requested, made countless calls, sent e-mails I even went to Game at Joubert Street in Johannesburg and I was told that they can't assist me because they're not an online shop😓 and I was promised that they will book for the stove be collected for exchange or refund. It's been a month and they haven't collected the stove. I won't be buying from Game ever again.
