Bad service from Game

I ordered back to school stationery online from Game. I got an email which said that my order was ready on 20 December 2021. It is now 5 January 2022 and I have not got it. I also can not find out where it is. I have sent emails, I went on the chatbot every day, I have been on the Facebook page and I have made telephone calls. I got no response. To make matters worse when I phone them now there is a message that says the numbers do not exist.
