Bad Service from - Game

Game - I received by far the worse customer experience from Game , and never will I buy anything from that Shop again 😭 It started in Mitchells Plain Store , when I went to buy a Defy Stove. Sales Assistant : Kerwin Benjamin said the stove has 2 years guarantee , the supplier warranty never mentioned even when I specifically asked , From I've seen online and other stores says Defy has a product warranty, the Sales person acted as if he doesn't know what am talking about, he kept saying the product has 2 years warranty. I paid, left the store and waited for delivery as I stay in the vicinity as the store where I made the purchase. 5 days passed with no communication or delivery. I went to ask, was promised a call with no avail. 11 days later a stove was delivered , no explanation or reason was received for the delay. Contact Centre Agent - Nosipho said its normal. That's what they do when the product is coming from the ware house. From this experience, thanks but No Thanks to Game.I don't need such a hustle just to get a product I have purchased and good service.
