Bad service from Game

I bought a microwave at Game on the 30th of June o the one day special they hade that day, I bought it around 8.30am cause they opened the doors at 7.00am and i didnt want to miss on that. They didn't have stock so they said they would call me. I have never received a call from them only received one call after I complained on their website and i thought by doing that they would help me but nothing to date. It's been more than a month now and nothing absolutely nothing is happening. This has been the worst service I have ever received all my life
