bad service from a sales manager

I write this email utterly disgusted and seriously concerned about this employee I went Game Pavillion on Saturday the 27th of November 2021 walked into the game store with the intention of purchasing 2 Hisense tvs I was greeted by a friendly female hi sense rep who was very warm and she confirmed what was at hand and not I was looking for a 75 inch and A 65inch TV Because I have 2 Tvs currently using the Hisense brand I was really at ease purchasing this brand . The lady confirmed she only had stock on the display of a hisense 65inch which was marked at R14999 and she will check and find out what's the deal she can offer All happy and excited then came this rude man who comes up to us and tells us the TV on display was the same price and this man has so much of an attitude I find hand to believe he would be employed by a brand of your kind I told him the Samsung was the same price and he tells me that Samsung is made in China goes on and on Maybe because I wasn't dressed fashionable enough he assumed I was wasting his time I walked out of the store appalled with this behavior I walked into Samsung and bought a TV for R20000 And I went and purchased another for R12999 I have receipts if you would like to see them The lady even said to me do you want to take anything else and I said to her No I am going to walk out of this store without anything and I will be reporting this gentleman and his behavior You don't be that arrogant to customers you are merely a salesperson .i did confirm reportting him to Samsung and game for their loss of business and him bad mouthing another brand. His name is Kerwin I would like this employee disciplined and a written apology from him for his behavior and I suggest you send him for some training as the female would be a better manager than this rude gentleman . He is a bad impression for any person wanting to purchase anything from a Game store
