Bad Service

On the 25th August I purchased a Bennett Read Swift Handvac. I took it back to Game Vincent Park on the 17th October as the battery would not hold it's charge. I was informed that the Handvac would have to be sent back to the Service Centre for repairs and evaluation. On the 29th October I received an sms to say that the Handvac had been delivered to the Service Centre. Excluding Saturday's it took Game 9 days to send the Handvac to the Repair Centre. I find this ludicrous as who knows how long it will take for the Handvac to be seen to and for me to receive the verdict. I wanted my money back, but this was refused as I had not returned it within 15 days! Game and Bennett Read your customer service should be an embarrassment to your respective company's. I would appreciate a response from either Game or Bennett Read. Hopefully it will not take 9 days!
