Bad Service

I have been waiting for my rightfully bought fridge for two weeks,first Im told my fridge was delivered to a wrong address,after several visits to the Game -Mall of Africa where I bought the fridge,I have been told that the fridge has been returned to Game warehouse from the courier company that never called me,the service is just bad,no one has answers to what is happening and now Im told to shop for a different fridge
