Bad service

Sold me a microwave with a 10 year guarantee and broke within 2 years took it back to store and said it's broken the door which wasn't the case when I brought it to the shop for guarantee now they want their suppliers to fix for R1500 which is almost the same price I paid then I had to pay R250 for rejection fee to get my microwave back after Jazmin put the phone down in my ear when I shared my being upset about everything totally bad service I'll never buy from game again
