Bad service

They are very bad in communicating with clients I ordered on the 24th November I didn't received my order yet the call centre people are trying to contact the store in Durban from the 9th of December and they couldn't get hold of them yet how is that possible, the can't source my order from an other store now they are blaming the couriers for not picking up by they didn't inform the couriers to pick up no 1 can get hold of the dispatch in Durba no one that I spoke to from the 9th of December up until today
