Bad service

I bought a Samsung Galaxy A36 cash at Game and on the very same day it started glitching and I had to leave for another province the next day. When I got the chance to take it today, they said it's not their fault I was out of the province. She also tried using the phone and it glitched while she was still using it. The lady also said to me, I'm the second person complaining about a phone. She then proceeded to say they can't help me.
