BAD SERVICE !!!!!!!!

good day, i bought a coffee machine on 03-05-2020 at game online it was listed as essential item, there were suppose to deliver it between 3 to 5 working days i never received anything during that period, i made means to call them after 2 weeks, i spoke to lee jacobs she told me they dont have my item in stock, so i decided to cancel the order and requested refund so i haven't received my refund even today, there is no communication, i sent emails still no reply. i've been calling them and they taking me from pillar to post.
