BAD SERVICE
Game Jabulani mall is crab....don't buy any appliances there.. especially TV's,they don't take responsibility for their bad service and poor customer service they provide...they don't value their customers, especially the store manager Paul...they simply selfish and rude ,wish I could have listened to people ⚠️ warning me....I'm without my Tv which I bought more than right weeks ago ,it's still in their possession only for them to tell me to call the technician myself and I have to pay from my pocket as well.....I'm just one angry and dissatisfied customer....I've never been so livid in my whole entire life...

16 May 2023, 20:03So Paul the store manager at game Jabulani is literally instructing their head office to close my case after I reached out to them for assistance since he took 8 weeks to give me feedback on the way forward about my tv which I payed R13000 for....this guy is heartless,he didn't wanna assist us from the get go....will make sure I tell everyone I know not to ever buy anything from any game stores because of this heartless ***** and his cruelty...
