Bad service ever

On the 25 of June 2020 I bought a washing machine online which was supposed to be delivered in 14 days. On the 30th of June an email came through advising that my order has left the warehouse and the courier company will contact me. After waiting for 14 days I called the customer service and they promised to get back to me and no one did.Called again on the 22/07/2020 again was told that my delivery is on its way, I must wait for the call. Called on saturday 25/07/2020 and was promised a call back before 12midday on monday and that dId not happen as well.I called the custoner care again on monday then I was promised a call back which I eventually recieved and to my suprise I was told that no one knows where is my order.Then requested a call back from the senoir or refund within 24hrs, no call back recieved .I call back again today where I was told that my order has been cancelled an I will receive my money after 14 days WOW what a customer service Game stores!!!! Can I have my money ASAP so that I can look for the store that will treat me the way a customer deserve to be treated.
