Bad service ever
I paid my account and it was not updated. Asked them to update but didn't they kept on sending me SMS to say my account is in arrears. I pay via EFT and they said it didn't show on their system and it was not the first time I used that method to pay. I called customer service to ask them to update they said they will check must send proof of payment and will update me. Payment done 24 DEC till today no response. Acc : ********** ********** 73
