Bad Service ever
Bad Service ever, i was happy to activate a game card until i went to Carvinal game store to make my first purchases and i got bad service ever that i wish to close account sometime. I want to purchases a Tv and the cashier a mess and the store manager is not helping at all when i complaining and they refund it and telling me that i must wait 48hrs. It is inconvenient of me bcz i can't wait 48hrs of mistakes that make by cashier. I am so sad i ever reguest to open the card in Game. Store Manager and her cashier need training indeed. WORST SERVICE EVER
