Bad service

I Phoned Game for tech support on my laptop as i was informed that they will cover the warranty on my laptop since Dion Wired closed down. Im waiting for almost a month for them to call me back as they said they do not have tech support at the moment. after calling them today waiting about half an hour on the line just for the phone to be put dwon from their side. Extremely bad service. I am so dissappointed in buying a R20 000 laptop that didnt even last me a year.
