Bad service

I called Game Galleria mall on 01 February 2024 at about 09h05 on their number ***. A female came on the line but didn't not say hello because she was still talking to someone. I then informed her that I wanted assistance at supplement section and she didn't say anything but just transferred the call to where it wasn't answered. After awhile I cut the call and redial and after some time she came on the line again without saying anything. She proceeded to telling another person that she's not going to answer phone calls. I kept on saying hello but she didn't respond I heard her telling someone else that they can't just budge in she'll have to let them through. Eventually I had to cut the call
