Bad Service

I purchased a washing machine at Game Westgate *** to date there is not delivery. Their systems are useless I was called 02/05/2023 asking proof of purchase because I'm told their system does not show my purchase. I asked myself what kind of software they use that loses history of purchase .The Manager by the name of Sello Moyo Administration Manager - GAME Westgate Super Store has written a email promising to deliver by the end of this week , to this day no delivery , no follow up phone call ....Very pathetic service .A purchase made in 02/04/2023 to date no delivery .
