Bad service
I had bought a few appliances at Game wonderpark and after 4 weeks waiting with no communication from them I called and they told me to come and collect my refund I went today and I was told only the admin can refund me and they don’t work on weekends I’m so disappointed at the service I got and all I just want is my refund so I can get the appliances at other stores I’ve been nothing but patient the services is terrible that’s all I can say

15 Jun 2020, 16:36I returned to the store today as they called me yesterday but when I get here the store is closed and no communication was sent to me to inform me so once again I am disappointed at the service as i was expecting my refund today to make other alternatives so contract me as soon as you can due to I really need my refund
