Bad service

Good day bought a new sinutec 32 inch tv from game store shelly beach kzn on 12 February 2022 two days later tv has no picture so i take it back to the store... they send me home with the tv saying nothing is wrong got home tv still dont work take it back again couple of days later as i only then got time off work to do so.. game store refuses to exchange or refund tv at all according to store manager sarah guthrie it needs to be send away to suppliers and it will take 21 days to decide whether or not they will do anything this is not fair as far as i know law says it should be exchanged or refunded within 7days if there is a problem... phoned game store customer care to lodge a complaint but so far nothing at all
