Bad service delivery.

To the managers of Game. Really dissatisfied and disappointed at the level of the online service for the 2nd part of my order. I used the online chat on the 12 and 13 of August 2022 to ensure my delivery would be sent put timeously. I was promised a callback but it was never kept. I eventually called on the 14th of August 2022 and a consultant assisted and gave me one funny story, as of today still no delivery. I was so excited to order online, now I am extremely disappointed. No promise kept, no delivery. Truly very sad in light of how reputable Game used to be. I was planning buying my fridge freezer and some other appliances but it looks like I must now go else where to do my shopping. I commend you on delivering the first part of my order which was food related item, but the second part has been absolutely horrible with customer service and client feedback
